Recruitment Methodology
One of the keys to Revere Info Tech Inc's success has been the development and use of a methodology that is focused on identifying and meeting our Client needs. The recruitment methodology adopted by RIT is flexible and highly responsive to the needs of Clients, always focusing on retaining the most effective and stable, temporary and permanent employees.

Position Profiling
Position profiling is conducted directly with the Client manager to ensure the essential criteria and 'right fit' of the position is identified prior to the placing of any advertisement.

RIT's knowledge of the market place and understanding of each Client's culture, enable us to identify and use the most appropriate method and media for each campaign. This includes database search, advertising in newspapers, internet and referrals to source Candidates.

Once the position profiling is complete, pre-screening documentation is customised according to each position and working environment. Behavioural based telephone interviews are conducted to identify potential candidates who will then be invited to the assessment stage.
